Terms and Conditions

  • Fandangos Fotobox is run by Falding’s Fandangos LTD.

  • The Fotobox system must be installed on flat ground

  • Our staff are here to help your event run smoothly. We will not tolerate any abuse to staff or threatening behaviour. This will terminate the contract.

  • All photos taken at the event will be uploaded to the Fandangos Fotobox facebook page within 2 weeks of your event. Guests will be given a card telling them where they can see the album online.

  • You will receive a booking confirmation once a deposit has been paid.

  • A booking is confirmed when the £75 deposit is paid. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to your event. On the day of the event, if the hirer requires a longer period of operation, this must be paid for before additional hours are provided. Extra idle hours = £25/hour, Extra hours of Fotobox being used = £100/hour. 

  • We have the right to refuse use of the Fotobox system to anyone who we feel is going to cause any damage to the equipment or are unruly. We have the right to terminate the booking should it become apparent that equipment is going to become damaged.

  • Responsibility lays with the booker to repay any damage caused to our equipment by guests at your event.

  • It is our last resort to terminate a booking. Our staff will always speak with the event host to try and resolve any issues rather than terminating the service. If there is no resolution found, then the service will be terminated.

  • Once confirmed, any request to change your booking must be made in writing, this can be done via email. If you must cancel your bookings then the £75 deposit is non-refundable, however we can transfer your deposit to a future booking. If you cancel your booking less than 90 days before the event, you are still responsible for the full booking fee.

  • The hirer must ensure that there is sufficient space to use the Fotobox system. A minimum of 2.5m x 1.8m is recommended

  • Should the Fotobox system not be operational at the agreed start time due to our fault, the finish time will be extended to cover this additional time. Should the start time not be met due to any other reason or unforeseen circumstances then the end hire time will still stand as agreed.

  • Fandangos Fotobox cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that prevent us from attending your event, such as traffic conditions, road closures, breakdown of vehicles, weather issues etc. Should events beyond our control prevent us from attending your event, our liability will be limited to refunding all monies paid.

  • Fandangos Fotobox may use the photos from your event for suitable means. This could mean using them on social media, creating prints, using them digitally on websites or for advertising and promotional material. Attending your event will mean the understanding the permission has been granted from yourself and your guests.

  • The hirer must ensure that there is space to unload the equipment close to the installation space and that there is a parking space available once set up. Access must also be available for when the hire ends.

  • We agree to have the Fotobox operational for a minimum of 80% of the booked time. Although very unlikely, the fotobox system may be interrupted for any maintenance or printing issues.

  • The hirer must pass on any information which could make the installation difficult. These could be things like unstable terrain, having bad/no road access to unload, having to go up lots of stairs etc. Not knowing about things like this in advance could affect the run time of the Fotobox system.

  • The hirer must ensure that they have been given permission by the venue to use Fandango’s Fotobox.

  • The hirer must ensure that there is access to a plug socket. Arrangements can be made to accommodate venues with no power access at an additional charge – this must be arranged prior to the event.

  • During busy times of the year when the demand for our service is high, we may charge a surcharge. This will be communicated upon first enquiry.
